Why the 60 day promise

Working as a litigation lawyer in court for over 16 years, our founder saw that there were countless delays in the court process for a long list of different reasons. Regardless of the reason or how valid it may be, the time delay alone can create all kinds of new barriers between the parties, renew tensions, increase stress and add expenses.
The parties to a dispute were there when it developed and the sooner they can be brought together to resolve the dispute, the better.
Mediation and arbitration can bring the parties to the table much faster than the court process. With focused attention and the availability of everyone involved most disputes can be resolved in 60 days. If a different timeline is required for any reason, we will discuss that before we start.
